[ltp] Fedora-10 problems

I tried several different solutions from several different discussions but no
joy.  So I dug out one of those Chinese USB Audio dongles from ebay, the
ones labeled "3D Sound," and Fedora recognized it at once and it worked at
once.  I had to edit the sound device under Sysem | Preferences | Hardware |
Sound but that was just a GUI operation, and now I have sound.  It's minimal
but it's fine.
