[ltp] Cardbus USB2 card for Thinkpad X30

I use an ADS Tech 'USB Turbo 2.0 For Notebooks' which has 5v DC-in as well
as two USB 2.0 sockets. (www.adstech.com)
This has served me well for years: I use it mostly in a ThinkPad A21m which
otherwise has but a single USB 1.1 socket.
I haven't tried it in my X30, as I keep that as a 'minimal' portable.
