Thanks Jens, after removing ATA/ATAPI support it showed up as /dev/sdb
(in the bay). I formatted it as ext4, and it is working like a charm.
I bought it to deal with seek times, and am seeing wonderful
improvements on that end. (Yes I'm very happy with it!). Now off to
optimize the next thing. Seek times were killing us....
