[ltp] Inserting a powered off ultrabay

Hi,

I have a script to "eject" the ultrabay. In fact what it does it that
it powers it off. The script is here

What I want to achieve is to power it on again without touching it
physically (if I press the eject button on my dvd drive, it gets
powered on).

There is a script for inserting the ultrabay in the link above but it
doesn't work on the 2.6.32.2 kernel.

So does anyone know how to do it? I have a T400 if that matters.
