Hello,

Maybe this is interesting to someone :-)

I bought my Thinkpad T60 on August 2006 and worked usually connected to
the power and occasionally (one or two times per month) with the
battery. Battery was always "charging". I know that this could not be
the best way, but was comfortable :-) The usage of the computer is very
high (aprox. 16 hours per day last 2 years)

On thursday I used the battery two times, I arrived to home and battery
was not charging: the battery led was blinking in orange. If I
disconnect the power cable it switches off, battery cannot even show me
the BIOS/Grub

Do I have any other solution beside change the battery?

I have found these two batteries: FRU02K6626 and FRU02K6627, I couldn't
fine information in Internet. It costs 58.66 Euros and 71.34 Euros (so
79 dollars and 96 dollars). I hope that are a "good deal". Any
suggestion or comment? (I guess that one has more cells/capacity)

I thought that this would be interesting to someone here, and sorry for
the off-topic (and the question).

Thanks,
