[ltp] Extreme CPU Q9300 / scaling_available_frequencies

Hi everybody,

on the TP W700 with Extreme CPU Q9300 the only available scaling frequencies are

# cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies
2534000 2533000 1600000

I'm wondering if this is correct or is something wrong with support for this CPU?
