Hi,

i recently reactivated my PCMCIA SD card reader. It used to do
PIO4 (at/around kernel 2.6.19) and was medium-slow. Now (2.6.27)
it uses PIO0 and is dead slow (using the same R51-1829 with the
same BIOS and the same cards).

And hdparm -I shows very strange values. They change if i copy
files to the cards. The field "Model Number" usually contains
parts of the last filename written...

Any ideas why?

Thanks.

hdparm of a 512MB SD card:

$ sudo hdparm -I /dev/sdb
