[ltp] tp_smapi does not report status correctly when using battery charge control features

This sysfs file is not provided by tp_smapi, but by the normal ACPI
battery driver from the mainstream kernel. You might want to look into
/sys/devices/platform/smapi/BAT0/, which is created by tp-smapi. Normal
battery status tools still use the wrong information from
/sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/status, though.
