[ltp] You can help! X200 power usage

Hi Guys,
Jorge Castro, one of the ubuntu community team has kindly volunteered
some of his time at UDS to help the kernel team try and identify some
of the power issues which are currently affecting the X200 and X200s
thinkpads.  He has an X200 so they get to play with it a bit :)

If you have an X200 or an X200s (only) please contribute to this if you can:

Unfortunately it does require a launchpad user id ,and would probably
help if you were running ubuntu but the more information we can give
the better and even if Ubuntu isn't your distro of choice the results
will get fed back upstream so please help.  The sooner the better.

Please don't post if you have another type of thinkpad. Add a new bug
report and go from there if you do. This is X200 and X200s only.
