I encountered an equally serious bug when trying to install 11.2 on my
X200s: encrypted LVM support appears to be completely non-functional!
YaST will let me set design a partitioning scheme with encrypted LVM,
prompt me for my password, etc. but when it comes time to actually apply
the changes to disk, it fails to create the crypt volume.  No amount of
fiddling with partition sizes, etc. seems to work for me -- as far as I
can tell this feature is entirely broken.

Shame too, as I liked SuSE when I used it several years ago
(2003/2004-ish) and was looking forward to seeing how it had progressed.
