The thermal compound is 	

ARCTIC SILVER Thermal Adhesive Should cost about 10$. Heat sinks that
i used were home made from old cpu coolers. Used my dremel to cut and
trim it. The t30 has a lot of room around the gpu. Not sure about the
spacing in the t40 so you may have to experiment to get it to fit
without blocking any airflow. Hope this helps you
