identify the type of keyboard (probably scissor type)

remove it.  this link has an image you can click on to see where the
screws are (if you remove it, be careful of the ribbon connections --
some are simply push-in, others have a compression socket where you have
to pull up on the socket's end tabs before removing/inserting connections)

determine if you can open/repair it yourself -- if not, order a new one
