[ltp] trackpoint middle click scrolling went away

In that case I need to figure out why the 99_trackpoint.rules file you 
posted did not work for me (I put it in /etc/udev/rules.d/). Could it be 
related to the fact that I also have to specify my trackpoint as 
"PS/2 Generic Mouse" instead of "TPPS/2 IBM TrackPoint"
in my hal policy file?  I had been using the hal policy file for over a 
year succesfully and it only required the above change 2 weeks ago, at 
the same time when others also started having difficulties.
Do I have to change the ID_PATH for example?
