[ltp] Weird CPU fan problem on T400, any help appreciated.

I have a T400, with Ubuntu 10.04, running 2.6.35-rc3, and I've not
noticed any wierd problems with the fan speeds. I'm currently
travelling and I don't have the T400 with me, so I can't check for
your specific reported problem, but I certainly don't remember it
doing anything that was annoying me.

Yes, power consumption definitely has been improving, both with the
newer kernel and newer user space.
