[ltp] Weird CPU fan problem on T400, any help appreciated.

Oh, NO!!!

The fan just kicked in suddenly from 1920rmp to 2779rmp, with no particular
reasons. The CPU temp is as low as 37, and nothing in my t400 is hot. I was
just surfering the net and it seems suddenly the fan become noisy.

Right now, I am under kernel 2.6.32-24-generic #38~pre201007021000-Ubuntu,
which obviously helped for one day, and now stopped working!

Further suggestions needed, guys :-(
