[ltp] Phoenix Instant Boot on t400s - does it actually exist?

The OS boot speed is not problematic at all, my highly optimized Arch Linux
takes only about 7 seconds to boot.
Disabling Intel Active
Management<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Active_Management_Technology>in
the BIOS helped a lot, but the BIOS still takes 6-7 seconds to finish
initializing. I'd definitely pay for a bios upgrade that lowered it to under
2 seconds :)
