[ltp] is it possible to boot a SATA drive from Ultrabay on a T410?

The ultrabay is simply another SATA channel. I don't see any reason why 
performance should be different.

Even running the windows system off the physical harddrive using a virtualizer 
such as virtualbox or vmware?

On my W500 as well as my previous T42P, hitting F12 upon boot brings up the 
boot menu, listing everything Sata, usb and maybe even firewire that it finds, 
and allows you to boot off of it.
