get the service manual from lenovo. Check how to break it down to the
heat sinks. once down to that point get some canned air and blow it
out... There is likely a big pile of dust clogging it up. Also check
the heat sink compound for dryness. If it is all chalky replace it.
You can get all of the supplies from radio shack for around 15$ if you
need canned air you can get it there too. The type of compound is up
to you. You can also get a cleaner to remove the old stuff. If you
system has the blue foam looking compound you will need to get this
elsewhere never found it at a  store. You can get that foam stuff from
newegg or mouser electronics.
