[ltp] Extracting bios updates

Hello,

I have looked for instructions to update the very old BIOS on my
W500, but the new images are not extractable with cabextract.  I
tried getting the iso image and loop mounting it.  But, although
mount does its thing without complaint, the result is an empty
directory.

Anyone have an idea of how to procede from here?

As an aside, does anyone know why Lenovo changed the format of the images?
