[ltp] Sound on Thinkpad T60

I have had no problems with sound on my T60p running F14 (or F13),
either on the internal speakers on the headphone jack.

The "sound channel" on the T60 is a bit strange in that there is a
hardware volume system, run by the mute and volume buttons next to the
ThinkVantage button, which I don't think is under software control. You
should ensure that this is not off, either by being muted or by having
the volume very low.

(I hesitate to mention this, but the mute button is not a toggle - to
get sound back after muting you have to increase or decrease the volume
using the volume up/down buttons.)
