[ltp] Largest HD on TP43

Could some kind soul tell me the largest hard disk
that will work (without complaint at bootup)
on a ThinkPad T43, please.

Also, is there any restriction on the size of an HD
on a ThinkPad T60.

Apologies if this is a repeat of an earlier query;
I have had a problem - now resolved -
where most of my email was sent to the Trash bin.
