[ltp] irregular crashes on shutdown and hibernate

Hey folks,
I got myself a thinkpad t500 (2055wvj), along with ubuntu 10.10. and in as i
mentioned above, the laptop hangs sometimes while shutdown or hibernate.
There seems to be no obvious cause -- imho. The most recent thing i did, was
a kernel update to 2.6.35-25.
Noticing this hangups I tried older kernels (2.6.35-24) and a fairly new one
(2.6.36), but these glitches remained.
I was able to find something weird in the messages the last time (hibernate
hangup):
