[ltp] x100e ethernet

In case anyone cares, my NIC was determined to be bad by Lenovo. The
motherboard was replaced and the ethernet now works fine - left on for
over a week with no problems.

However, they replaced by dual-core Turion board with a single Athlon.
Lenovo's warranty database has the machine I bought as an Athlon
processor. No capability exists to change information in that database,
so the final solution is to send me a new laptop. Since the x100e is
NLA, they are shipping an x120e. But that won't be available to ship
until the last week or so of June. While I guess I'm happy to be
getting a new machine, I really wish they could have just fixed mine on
the first try.

As much as I dislike Dell, I know they would have overnighted me a new
machine.
