At least any 15" T60 chassis can be easily modified to host any T61 4:3
mainboard, as long as the 4:3 form factor is respected. Mainboards for
both 14,1" and 15,1" T60's are known to be interchangable as they share
the very same dimensions, so i guess this would also be possible for
your 14,1" T60 chassis.
It is a rather complex topic, and i'd suggest to take some time for

You will also need a T61 cardbus slot (different connector) and a
suitable T61 fan. Also avoid any T61 nVIDIA board at any cost, as they
are know to die like flies due to a well know manufacturing fault of the
GPU (google for "nvidia bug T61"). The Intel X3100 integrated graphics
is enough for everything, unless you do games or CAD.
