I=E2=80=99ve recently used my T410s at about 8.6W for a while, mainly
displaying a PDF with a dimmed display and wifi/bluetooth/wwan turned
off.

Obviously, the fan also turned itself off (i. e. was told to by
thinkfan).

I doubt that you can achieve much less with an i5 and a 14" display.
