[ltp] x100e ethernet

Thanks for the responses.  Though it looks like most people are having 
trouble with link detection and autonegotiation, perhaps these cards are 
just flaky.  The realtek card in my old Fujitsu p2120 was rock solid for 
6 or 7 years, but maybe I had a good one.
