I did not have a lockup so far, but I did not yet try to use the WLAN
stuff.
I found that with kernel 2.6.38 the intel drm/kms driver had some hangs
which made X.org with kwin compositing real slow. But I did not see this
with kernel 2.6.39. There has been something on Phoronix related to that
hangcheck timer log message related issue.
So far I am really satisfied, the thing just works.
Only thing the the fan, in the first 5 minutes or so it is at 1400 to 1500
rpm according to powertop and I do not hear the laptop *at all*, but then
it goes up to about 2700 to 2800 rpm and stays there. Then I head the fan.
But thats another topic raised often enough here it seems.
