[ltp] x200 broken update I need BIOS ROM BIN FILES

Guys I tried to update my BIOS on my thinkpad x200 but it fails not a guy
took off the bios and re flash it he's asking me for ROM BIN files but i
couldnt find a new BIOS for my thinkpad x200 any ideas where i can get
those? or can I install UEFI where I can download?
