Colleagues,
    Is there magic to get Linux to activate ExpressCard devices on my
Lenovo
Thinkpad X220t "Convertible" Tablet-PC?

    I have a Belkin, F5U514 ExpressCard/34 Firewire-800 card that I want
to use
to connect a video camera to Linux:
FIRST -- the ExpressCard
NEXT -- the Firewire Device

(heavy sigh & single malt) win-dose has no troubles, but ...

Thanks in Advance,
~~~ 8d;-/ Dan
Linux Mint-12 (Ubuntu 11.10) dual boot win-dose 7.
8 GB ram; i5 CPU
