[ltp] bios splash screen

Hello,

this topic has been discussed much on [1]. However, I wonder how to
edit for modern thinkpads like Lenovo E 320?
I downloaded official Lenovo E320 Bios iso from 01-12-2011 and
followed the steps on thinkwiki.
I have done similar calculations, and see with fdisk -l that i have a
FAT 16 system. Now I am unable to make the next step. How do I proceed
to the "Adding the custom image" ?

I am aware that flashing the netbook with a custom bios is not the
best idea, lose warranty and in worst case crash netbook.
