Well, for what it is worth: just now I finally managed to "get rid" of
my bug. I disabled *both* the TPM chip and the F3507g WWAN card in the
BIOS. Not sure if that is a fix, but at least my laptop suspends without
crashing every 4th time (I already worked around that crash by
suspending manually, by doing pm_suspend)
