[ltp] OpenGl slow or fast depending on user

Nevertheless for the "fast" user with glxgears I receive:
304 frames in 5.0 seconds =3D 60.678 FPS
302 frames in 5.0 seconds =3D 60.266 FPS
302 frames in 5.0 seconds =3D 60.267 FPS
302 frames in 5.0 seconds =3D 60.267 FPS
For the slow user it is only
190 frames in 5.0 seconds =3D 37.979 FPS
188 frames in 5.0 seconds =3D 37.580 FPS
193 frames in 5.1 seconds =3D 38.032 FPS
193 frames in 5.0 seconds =3D 38.405 FPS
197 frames in 5.0 seconds =3D 39.267 FPS
Kind of strange..
