[ltp] Thinkpad **30 series, Linux 3.7 and brightness keys

Hi,

it seems that there's an issue with brightness keys handling in the
2012/2013 Thinkpads when using the 3.7+ kernels.

Basically, since Linux replies to the _OSI("Windows 2012") call from
acpi, it behaves badly. There's an upstream bug at
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51231 with a lot of details.

It seems that they have tried to reach Lenovo people in order to ask
them for a fix in the firmware, but they failed. I'm not sure if people
around here are aware of this bug but in case some people have some
contacts with Lenovo (Henrique?) it might be a good idea to give a hand
there.
