[ltp] X220 Tablet: 3G connection

Hello,

I have always had problems with the 3G connection on the X220 tablet. I 
am now running Fedora 19, but the problems occurred in Fedora 18 and 
various versions of Ubuntu. The connection drops for no apparent reason 
(maybe after the signal is weak) and reconnecting is impossible. 
Occasionally the device disappears altogether from the network manager. 
As soon as I shut down and restart, things are back to normal. The 
problem is not corrected if I simply restart (i.e. without shutting down 
first).

Anyone noticed similar behaviour?
