Hi, I had to download a perl script called geteltorito.pl (it's readily
available if you search for it)

Something like this should do the trick:

perl geteltorito.pl -o bios-update.iso gruj08us.iso
dd if=/path/to/bios-update.iso of=/dev/sdx && sync
