Its always the same problem.
The number of the notebook series, e.g. E545 is not enough to identify a
model.
Lenovo has a lot of model variations out there,
cpu/memory/graphic/connections/wireless which will be sold under the
name of E545.

so a lspci is pretty useless.

if you want a helpful response, provide at least which cpu/graphic you
have chosen.
