[ltp] ThinkPad E520 - Disable touch pad

Is there any way in the BIOS settings to disable the #$%%#$1 touch pad. 
While I can disable it in Linux, it doesn't stay disabled in Windows 7. 
It also is enabled when I boot from anything else.  As a main reason I
bought a ThinkPad was because it had a track point, I have absolutely no
use for that @#$@#$ touch pad.  It causes more aggravation than it's worth.

BTW, I hated touch pads even before I ever touched a ThinkPad, going
back to the Windows 95 days.
