[ltp] Transition sticky notes Win 10-Mint

Looking to transition my wife to Mint 18, have everything set to go but she
is a big user of StickyNotes and not sure how to transfer them.and read the
.snt file format. Perhaps I need to install a Linux/Win 10 compatible
program, import into it while in Windows and then move it??=E2=80=8B
