[ltp] 2nd-gen X1 Carbon adaptive keyboard kernel patch

Hey all,

I've given up on and returned my 2nd-gen X1 Carbon; but I figure
anybody who's stuck with that keyboard might appreciate a kernel
patch I wrote to make it more tolerable:

The patch didn't help with the lack of feedback/movement from
the keys, so I returned it; but maybe it'll still be helpful to
others.
