Dope slap time.

I kept all the old "failed" fans. The rotor/blade
assemblies lift right off the pivots. I lubricated
the pivots with Triflow lubricant oil; ALL THE FANS
ARE WORKING AGAIN.

So, the problem is LUBRICANT FAILURE.

Liquid lubricant oil is easy, but NOT the right way to
lubricate a fan pivot in a dusty environment, so I must
clean off the Triflow and use a dry lubricant. Xiurdz
merely used the wrong lubricant.

Can anyone here suggest the highest quality, longest
life dry lubricant I can put on the fan pivot pins so
they last a very very long time without maintenance?

Keith
