[ltp] Booting from thumbdrive...

The help of members is sought to solve a problem regarding booting from a
usb thumbdrive, please.

Using Linux Mint v20.0 on a Lenovo Thinkpad T450s

My T450s does not have a DVD/CD drive, so I wrote an ISO for Gecko Linux to
bootable USB thumb drive.  The write was successful.

However, when I cam to choose which media to boot from on reboot (and on a
complete close down and restart), the  USB thumb drive was not shown.

Cannot find anything in BIOS which requires changing.
