If you already know all this, forgive me, but a couple of quick tips -
take lots of photos of where cables run before you disconnect them
The hardware maintenance manual is available from Lenovo's site for
free pdf download, it will cover removing the screen but probably not
replacing the backlight

I seem to recall the screen was held together with some specific
type of tape - how important this was I'm not sure but it might pay to
check (google) and have some on hand
Searching 'T61 backlight' or similar on Youtube will produce several
videos which, if not precisely the same as yours, should be close
enough to be a good guide
