Are you thinking of the data exposed in /sys/devices/platform/smapi/BAT0/
(as (re)attached below)?  Then which part of it gives that detailed info?

That same T61 laptop charges my T60's battery just fine, so it looks
like it's not the T61 or its power brick that's at fault, but really the
battery pack itself, even though it is still able to power the machine :-(
