How can i try to reflash EC firmware?

I've tried with the ISO but refuse tu reinstal; i've tried with:

	gaio at hermione:~$ fwupdmgr --allow-reinstall update
	--allow-reinstall is not supported for this command

How can i try to force it? Thanks.
