Pete, Again, I'm not running Linux these days on my stinkpad (which is why I didn't send you my config file from before), but my recollection is that I had to remove the memory window at 0xA0xxxxxx or else my machine would hang just like yours. I originally added the 0x60xxxxxx window rather than replacing the other window because I figured it would work better, but ... Hope this helps. Bruce
