[ltp] Hibernating i-Series

Hi,

I would like to set my i1267 into hibernation mode in LINUX. However as on
pointed out on the tpctl web page the i-Series do not have a SMAPI BIOS.

Is it still possible to use tpctl or are there any other utilities that make
it possible to hibernate the machine?
