[ltp] Netscape-problems

Do you have "refresh" problems ie it seems to pause lots of the time?

I find wiggling the mouse while its downloading works best.... I assume
there is a problem with newer X librays and netscape's main loop

I also find 
export XTAPPPEEKEVENT_SKIPTIMER=1

Helps don't ask me what it does though!
