[ltp] [slightly OT] File system compatibility : W2k-Linux

Hi all.

This, is a newbie question :

I want to run both W2K (for watching DVDs) and Linux on my A21p and I'd like
to have a "Data" partition accessible through both OS.
Is FAT compatible with W2k and Linux ? Is there any other compatible File
System ?

As an aside, I'm aware that IBM released a Linux DVD player but I have no
clue as to where I can find it.
