[ltp] Can't hibernate (SMAPI BIOS error)

I also just followed the advice given on this list, but it appears to
have worked for me. It took a couple of tries, however, because I
initially tried selecting the "Make hibernation partition" option as
opposed to the file option. This appears to not work w/ Linux. Also,
as far as I can tell W2k will still bypass the BIOS hibernation
process and do its own thing (creating C:\hiberfil.sys even though
I have hibernation disabled - it automatically reenables it for me
when I press Fn-F12.) I haven't installed tpctl so I can't say what
that would output for me.

Just as a sanity check: did you format the new FAT partition under W2k
before using IBM's hibernation util floppy?
