Aha, so that's why nothing that has been suggested so far worked - the
module that you installed from the rpm won't work with your kernel and
needs rebuilding.  You may like to try getting the source RPM and
rebuilding it using 

 rpm --rebuild <tpctl srpm file>

Let me know if you need help with rebuilding the module.
